Nymphaea ‘ Amabilis ‘ ( Water lily )
Nymphaea ‘ Amabilis ‘ ( Water lily ). The flowers are a medium pink and the tips are light pink. The flower is star shaped with a delicate fragrance.

: Leaf : The colour on top green ,young leaves will appear reddish . The underside leaves are light green with a reddish perimeter . Stem colour bronze to red with leaf nearly round sinus wide open

: Leaf spread 1.5m – 2.3m ( 5 – to 7.5 feet ) when mature
: Nymphaea ‘ Amabillis ‘ is fairly free flowering and has very large blooms and is best in a medium to large pond .

- We ship all water lilies bare root, this means that we wash the soil off before packing the plants. During the summer months we may need to trim some of the foliage back for shipping.
- Water lilies are vert heavy feeders and benefit from a slow release fertilizer specially prepared for aquatic plants such as Growth Balls which can simply be pushed into the soil.
